The shop space is quite small, but they actually provide a wide range of parcel services for the local community. Previously, I had several issues when trying to drop off small parcels – especially Amazon and DPD returns – as they were often refused. It was quite frustrating. However, since the new manager Alex has taken over, the service has improved significantly. He now accepts all parcel sizes and has restarted DPD, Amazon returns, and new Royal Mail parcel services as well. The difference in management is very noticeable. The new management team is much more helpful and supportive to the Finchley community. Great improvement and excellent customer service. Thank you Alex and the new team! 👏
